This is a genuinely small first harvest. We are honest about scale: a first-year nuc in this climate typically yields modestly. We will only claim what we can verify — including how much of the bees' foraging happens inside our own pastures.
Straight with you: our first grass-finished Highland beef is roughly 18 to 24 months out. Good beef takes time, and we would rather say so than rush an animal. Reserving a share now simply holds your place — no payment, no obligation — and we confirm pricing, hanging weight, and pickup with you in writing before anything is owed. Our first pasture honey is a small, seasonal harvest expected in autumn 2026.
